The Bukhara branch is located in Bukhara at 89 Gijduvan Street, the buildings were built in 1975-1983 for 150 people. The hospital has been operating in these buildings since 1984. Kholov Oktam Asadovich, infectious disease doctor of the highest category, candidate of medical sciences, has been working as the chief physician of the regional infectious diseases hospital and the chief infectious disease specialist of the region since November 20, 2020. By 2020, the hospital will serve 275 beds, of which 185 will be for children and 90 for adults. Since then, 90 beds (6-7-8 wards), as well as intensive care - 12 wards, works as a hospital. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 2, 2018 No. PP-3646 "On the organization of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and order of the Ministry of Health dated April 5, 2018 No. 214, VHSSB. On the basis of order No. 139 of April 6, 2018, the hospital was reconstructed. In 2018, 5.6 billion soums were allocated for block A of the hospital, 1.6 billion soums for the laundry and pathology department, and construction and repair work was completed and commissioned in 2019. For the repair of block B of the hospital in 2020 -10 billion soums, and since May 2020, the building of the hospital "B" (5 medical and hepatological departments) has been closed for complete reconstruction, and now 95% of construction and repair work has been completed. Reconstruction is nearing completion. During the reconstruction, the hospital had 4 treatment departments with 125 beds. As a result, the hospital had an average annual number of beds of 175 and continued to work. At the same time, the 9th department of the hospital has been completely closed since April for reconstruction (3 billion soums), work is underway to build a new two-story building - a pharmacy and laboratory departments. 3 billion soums have been allocated for these purposes. By order of the regional health department No. 235 of September 24, 2020, the hospital added 25 beds and 300 treatment beds (205 beds for children) and 95 beds for adults. ). But the states were not approved by the provincial finance department. The regional infectious diseases hospital consists of 7 buildings, 3 medical and 4 additional buildings. In medical institutions there are 9 medical, intensive care, laboratories, reception rooms, central sterilization, pharmacy and physiotherapy, X-ray, ultrasound, dispensary, offices and administration, departments of infectious diseases, hepatological center.
Additional structures include a kitchen, laundry, de-icing chamber, decontamination and morgue. The treatment room, additional wards and rooms are fully equipped with hot and cold water. Heating is centralized, seasonal. The area of ​​patient rooms in the wards is 4837 m². Not provided with personal vehicles. (One DAMAS has been allocated by the provincial health department.)
