

Namangan Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital was established in 1956. In 1962, a building with additional boxing chambers began work. In 2012, it underwent a major overhaul and the number of seats was set to 240. Of these, 160 beds are for children and 8 beds for adults.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6035 dated July 25, 2020, Resolution No. PK4790 dated July 27, 2020, Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 16, 2020. No. 291 was renamed into the Namangan branch of the Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Epidemiology, Microbiology, Infectious and Parasitic Diseases.
Currently, the hospital has 8 departments.
